Paris has always been a dream of mine. Not just because I work in fashion, but because I work at ELLE, a magazine born in France. Naomi Smith, our fashion director, and I flew to the City of Love to shoot this issue’s cover star, Australian model Anna Robinson. Warm, laidback and supremely talented, she was a dream to work with.

Most people probably don’t realise the work that goes into a magazine cover. There are weeks of preparation in our Sydney office, hundreds of emails to maisons to secure looks, flights to book, hotels to check into, suitcases to wheel — and let me tell you, those cobblestones don’t make it easy.
After every shoot, hours upon hours are spent packing up each garment and returning them to their respective fashion houses. Between all of this, I managed to pop out and see Paris itself — moments I captured on my new OPPO Reno13 Pro 5G.
The bright, glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower; the summer sun bathing those iconic green seats at the Jardin des Tuileries; the perfect little cafes with the red awnings — the list goes on. The phone was perfect for all of my adventures.

While all devices in the OPPO Reno13 series are good, the Pro 5G boasts a 50MP ultra-clear main camera (Sony IMX890), a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP selfie camera. I’m not saying you could shoot a cover on this phone, but you could almost shoot a cover on this phone! Try it next time you’re in a new city.
