A 90s resurgence has been in full swing for some time now with no sign of its influence over our sartorial choices easing.

While we’ve relished in the nostalgia of some of the more fleeting trends of the era (oh, butterfly tops) one style has become a constant staple of our wardrobes in recent years: the slip dress.

The iconic silhouette is, unsurprisingly, adored by many for the flattering way it hugs your natural figure, caressing and falling in all the right ways and places.

Dressed up or down, layered or worn alone, the slip dress’ versatility knows no bounds.

Naturally, when picturing the slip, the mind immediately envisions silks and chiffons. But, as the weather warms we’ll be turning to linen iterations (loved for its ability to draw heat away from the body) to keep us cool and stylish.
