This is it: the 2017/18 awards season is officially in full swing. Kicking off last week with the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, which honoured the behind-the-scenes work on television and short-series productions, the (regular) Emmys are upon us.
The ceremony, which will start at around 9AM, will see the best of the best from the silver-screen world nominated for their work, including Claire Foy from The Crown, Robin Wright for House of Cards and Elisabeth Moss for The Handmaid’s Tale.
And, of course, with that many celebrities in the one place, there’s bound to be some gowns, glam squads and glitz going on.
For the night, the actors will pull out their best and dress to the nines. And we, for one, can’t wait.
