Belly Conklin is growing up in new trailer for the final three episodes of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season three. All season long, the prevailing request from fans is that Belly finally starts looking outside the Fisher gene pool for a boyfriend, and in the goosebump-inducing trailer that dropped over the weekend, it looks like she finally does. (For just a minute, everyone calm down.)
In the season so far, we’ve watched the tumultuous relationship between Belly, Jeremiah, and Conrad play out as the series comes to its end. Through cheating scandals (Jeremiah), unrequited love (Conrad), endless denial (Belly), and juicy, juicy peaches (you know who), the debates over which team fans find themselves firmly standing in has reached fever pitch.

The quiet, and ocean-deep yearning wafting off that man is enough, but the way he and Belly found themselves tossed back together on Cousins Beach was enough to have us all welling up. Now, Belly is headed to Paris to start the life she was always meant to, and we’re along for the ride.
Following the airing of episode eight last week, we learned that we have finished the storylines in the books (aside from the epilogue), which means we’re now flying blind. Thankfully, Jenny Han is extremely involved in the production, so we know the portrayal will align with the author’s intentions. The new trailer hints at much last-minute character development for Belly, with her seeming to make new friends and experience the highs, lows, and identity-shaking revelations that come with moving overseas.
Naturally, the trailer finishes with Belly receiving a letter from Conrad, and scenes of Belly partying with Taylor (meaning, she heads back to America at some point). Buckle up everyone, it looks like we’re in for a ride.

When Does Episode 9 Of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 Air?

Episode 10 will air one week later, on September 10, and the series finale will drop on September 17.
